14-day money-back guarantee. If Nedkit is not right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms.

How to ask

1. Email hello@nedkit.live from the address you bought with (or include it), within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 2 days.
3. Your bank then takes typically 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your Nedkit access ends when the refund is issued.

Good to know

• The guarantee applies once per customer.
• After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law of your country gives you further rights.
• Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank: we can almost always fix things faster, and disputes end access immediately.
