Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Nedkit ("Nedkit", "we", "us"), Ned's Rental Property Guide and Toolkit, at nedkit.live. By using the site or buying Nedkit you agree to them. Questions: hello@nedkit.live.

1. Education, not advice

Nedkit provides general educational guides, calculators and templates about US rental property. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or lending advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property. Results from the calculators depend entirely on the assumptions you enter and are estimates, not predictions or guarantees. Laws, taxes, insurance and lending rules vary by location and change over time: confirm anything important with a qualified professional and the relevant local authority before you act. Market figures carry their source and the date they were observed and may be out of date.

2. What you buy

A one-time payment (currently US$29) gives you a personal licence to use the Nedkit tools, guide library and templates for as long as we operate the service, including updates we publish. There is no subscription. Prices may change for future buyers; the price you paid is final for you.

3. Your account

• You sign in with the email you used at checkout and a one-time code. Keep access to that inbox: it is your login.
• Your licence is for you personally. You may be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time. Do not share your access, resell it, or publish paid content, templates or calculator outputs from Nedkit as your own product.
• We may suspend access that is shared, resold, scraped or used to harm the service or other people, and we will tell you why by email.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

5. Free content and emails

The free playbook and calculator are provided as-is. If you give us your email for them, we send the playbook and occasional rental guides; every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, calculators, templates and branding on Nedkit belong to Nedkit or are used with permission. Cited third-party sources remain their publishers' property and are linked for reference. You may print or save pages and templates for your own use.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nedkit available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free content. We may update features and content. If we ever discontinue Nedkit, we will give buyers at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their saved work.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nedkit is not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make using the site, including investment, purchase, financing or tenancy decisions, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Nedkit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be emailed to buyers.
